There are many enterprises centered on sand making which is unprofitable because of the added costs of machine damage brought by incorrect operations during the product process. Incorrect operations will not only lead to downtime but also increase the costs of wearing parts, and even worse, damage the machine. The following may be the reasons which will damage the machine.
First, you should not start the sand making machine when there are stones in the cavity. Neglecting it, you will spoil the motor and other parts for overloading. Make sure you start the machine before feeding stones.
Second, there is a limited application with crushers. That applies also to sand making machine. You should not allow the oversized stones to enter the machine which will cause jamming around the input. Jamming could cost you a lots of times to clean the machine, and ever worse, destroy the impeller.
Third, those machines should be maintained regularly. Frictions between steel parts will make the machine closer to out of services. You should lubricate the machine frequently to avoid friction, which will let it service for a longer time.
Last, sand making machine is assembled with screws which will be loosen after a period of violent motion. You should exam the machine when there are abnormal noises during the production process. Locate the position and fix it.
