It is well known that you must maintain the machine regularly to achieve its largest productivity in real operation. Crusher, a kind of precise machine, needs timely maintenance and proper operation. How to allow crusher to achieve its biggest productivity? We should do as the following:
First, the worn parts of the machine. you should replace them, such as liners and screws fastening other parts. If these parts are not replaced promptly, the machine will be out of balance. This will affect the productivity and even worse, spoil the machine. Enterprises will be in a big loss if the machine is out of service.
Second, some operators think that the productivity will be improved by feeding more stones. This is totally wrong. Superfluous inputs will be jammed around the input side and there will be no stone to be crushed in the cavity, so that the productivity will be lower. The same is with the oversized stones. Under these two conditions, lots of energy will be wasted.
Third, the running of machine will produce lots of heat which can spoil the machine if not discharged promptly. Therefore, it is necessary to check the temperature regularly. You must stop the production if the temperature is too high to avoid the damage of machine.
Last, you should pay attention to the input and output as well. Slow discharging will lower the productivity. You must balance the speed both the input and output to achieve perfect productivity.
