Superfluous grease will increase the frictional torques, so that temperature inside crusher will rise and abrasion will be more severe. Generally speaking, the grease should account for 1/3-1/2 of the total lash inside crusher.
2.You should use the one kind of grease and avoid combination of new and old grease.
3.Pay attention to the process of inserting grease avoiding contamination.
You should inspect the containers and tools before lubricating. It would be better to use dry cloth to clean them and wash the grease entry on the equipment. It is necessary to avoid dust, machine impurity and sand partials during the lubricating process.
4.Pay attention to different season.
If temperature difference in your place is large, you should choose and store grease according to season, or the result will be opposite. It is better to store grease in cold and dry environment and not to package grease with wood and paper material.
